The first date! We decided to be adventurous and go axe throwing!

After axe throwing we stopped to take a sunset picture at the beach. We were both thinking, "This has been a great first date." Little did we know after today neither one of us was looking back!

Officially letting my family know about the upcoming proposal! The hardest secret to keep for everyone!

Off to Mystic for a long summer weekend! This was meant to be proposal weekend...the ring was packed and ready to go...but I ended up terribly sick the entire staycation and Craig decided to wait...but for how long?

Two months later...officially engaged! After having a great time celebrating my birthday with some wine and crepes, Craig completely blindsided me by getting down on one knee right outside the cafe! To quote Craig: "I was waiting for the just right moment and you were so happy as we were leaving that I knew it was the right time." Little did I know Craig had been carrying that ring from one place to another since August waiting for the perfect moment! This photo is from inside the cafe after hours when we were invited back in for a glass of champagne to celebrate!
